BREAKING NEWS!
CNN reports:
A new study suggests that surgeons are more error prone and less efficient after a night of drinking than at other times, even if they have no detectable traces of alcohol in their blood.
When I read that, I don't think that it's some new, groundbreaking study, I think it's an ingenious way for grad students to be able to booze and make money off of it. Are people really surprised by this? Two days after getting drunk, I'm still feeling the effects. Oddly enough, I was just talking to someone about this and they said that, at their place of work, doctors are only allowed to drink on the first night of their break (i.e, they can drink on Friday if they have Saturday and Sunday off.)
