Morning Music: Wake Up
Having trouble waking up this morning so I'm going to roll with a song from Mad Season's album.
One of the reasons that I'm tired is that I found out that Cheers is now on Netflix Instant and I started watching the old show Murder One on Hulu. Cheers was great as always and Murder One had some potential but mostly missed the mark because there wasn't a single person to root for in the entire show. The original case is about the murder of a 15 year old girl who apparently slept around with most of Hollywood. I've never seen so many people confess to statutory rape and have nobody bat an eye about it. Daniel Benzali was also miscast in the lead. Because of all of the unlikable people in the show, it either needed to focus on the prosecution instead of the defense or it needed someone with a magnetic personality as the chief council, someone like James Woods or Stanley Tucci (who plays one of the key suspects in the show.)
In the end, the main case seemed to be going to places I've already been so I decided to just go to wikipedia and see how the show ended. And after reading the ending, I'm very glad I decided to cut bait because it seems pretty ridiculous.
